It was a weapon conceived in desperation yet horrifying in its
destructive power--young Japanese pilots willing to turn themselves
into human bombs to attack the US fleet in the Pacific. From Leyte
Gulf to Okinawa, the Japanese are about to show the Americans that
they are willing to do whatever it takes to defeat the enemy.
